Refunds:
If for any reason the products purchased are not satisfactory, simply return the item, less (shipping costs).  Please contact us via email at info@Bestpetbedsand pillows.com, giving the reasons for your disapproval and we will give you authorization for returning the item. All items must be returned in good condition along with packaging within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds will be credited by the means of payment.
